SALEEM 將替代原SASO CoC

從2018年1月1日起，SALEEM 將開(kāi)始實(shí)施，此項目與SASO CoC將會(huì )并行一段時(shí)間。

我們想要通知您即將取代目前SASO CoC的重大項目變化。我們希望供應鏈的各端:制造商、進(jìn)口商以及出口商都能對此有清晰的了解，因而我們建議您也可將次信息分享給您所有的SASO CoC合作伙伴。

“建立消費者對市場(chǎng)上在售產(chǎn)品的信任度”以及"確保買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方的公平貿易”是沙特阿拉伯商業(yè)部（MoCI）的兩個(gè)戰略性目標，這也是“阿拉伯國家轉型計劃2020”中的一部分。為達成這些戰略目標，MoCI計劃實(shí)施了“產(chǎn)品安全計劃”即SALEEM。

關(guān)于SALEEM

SALEEM是集設定法規、技術(shù)要求和控制措施為一體的綜合體系，其目標在于確保本土產(chǎn)品與進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品的安全。同時(shí)也是為了確保立法和管理部門(mén)能提供有效的服務(wù)，即可通過(guò)這項措施來(lái)確保產(chǎn)品符合技術(shù)法規,特別是涉及到健康、安全、環(huán)境和能源保護相關(guān)的基本技術(shù)法規來(lái)保證其安全性。

重大變化Tips

1.SALEEM是一項關(guān)于前往沙特阿拉伯的產(chǎn)品及批次貨物符合性認證的新評估項目。

2.SALEEM項目推出了一個(gè)新的在線(xiàn)申請系統，稱(chēng)為“SABER”。

3.SABER是由SASO設計配合SALEEM實(shí)施的網(wǎng)絡(luò )工具，用于產(chǎn)品注冊、發(fā)行和獲取CoC。

4.根據SABER，產(chǎn)品將根據風(fēng)險類(lèi)別分為：高 - 中 - 低。根據風(fēng)險類(lèi)別，將采用不同的符合性檢驗程序。

5.符合性驗證將由NormalTCI諾莫檢測（電話(huà)：13486111918）等SALEEM注冊認可的符合性評估機構（R-CAB）執行。
